Our packages are designed to leave your entire estate to a beneficiary with a single giftover clause to back-up beneficiaries in equal shares. If we identify that your circumstances are outside our standard scope, we will provide you with a tailored, fixed fee proposal.
Common exclusions include the following:
- You want to leave real estate to one person but allow someone else to live in the property until they die/re-partner/move out: $440 incl GST
- You want to prepare a Mutual Will Contract to prevent your partner from ever changing their Will: $1,210 incl GST
- You wish to make more than one specific gift, for example multiple gifts of jewellery, motor vehicles, cash etc: $110 incl GST per additional gift
- You require us to prepare a superannuation binding death benefit nomination: $110 incl GST (excludes SMSFs)
- You would like us to prepare a section 100 statutory declaration explaining your reasons for making no provision, or unequal provision for certain beneficiaries: $550 incl GST
- You need to change the way you own a property with someone (e.g. convert the ownership structure from joint tenants to tenants in common): $1,200 incl GST plus disbursements
- There are concerns about your capacity to make a Will or enduring document and we are required to prepare a letter to your usual treating GP or specialist doctor requesting a report documenting your testamentary capacity: $110 incl GST
- You require a solicitor to attend your home or hospital on an urgent basis: travel fee $220 incl GST round trip within 20km radius of our office
- You require documents to be prepared on an urgent basis: $275 incl GST
- You fail to sign your documents in a timely manner (within 4 weeks of drafts being prepared and issued) and we are forced to chase you and issue reminders: $110 incl GST per follow up correspondence
Our fixed fees are subject to change and are valid for 30 days only.
