Initial Estate Administration Strategy Meeting

A meeting to discuss the details of the estate, advice about the steps involved, how the estate should be distributed, your obligations as executor or administrator and to answer any questions you have.

Once we have met with you, we will provide you with a tailored fixed fee proposal for us to handle the estate administration to ensure you fulfil your obligations as executor or administrator. You can find out more with an obligation-free chat.


$450 plus GST (deducted from the price of your first invoice)

Transmission Application

A Transmission Application is used to register the executor/administrator/beneficiary/next-of-kin as owner of the deceased’s land.
It includes:

  1. Perform title search
  2. Meeting to formally verify your identity
  3. Prepare verification of identity certificate with certified copies of your ID
  4. Prepare Client Authorisation Form
  5. Prepare Revenue NSW Transferee Declaration form
  6. Prepare Transmission Application
  7. Prepare application for Revenue NSW clearance certificate
  8. Request consent from mortgagee (i.e. the bank) if applicable
  9. Complete Notice of Sale
  10. Transacting on your behalf on the PEXA settlement platform
  11. Lodge transferee declaration form
  12. Lodge Transmission Application on the PEXA workspace
  13. Notify the relevant authorities of the change in ownership including Council and Strata Managers (if applicable)
  14. Provide you with a registration confirmation statement
  15. Storage of the original Certificate of Title in our safe custody facility


$660-$990 incl GST plus disbursements of approx. $400

Notice of Death

Appropriate if you own a property as joint tenants with someone who has passed away, and you need to register the property into your name.

  1. Perform title search
  2. Meeting to formally verify your identity
  3. Prepare verification of identity certificate with certified copies of your ID
  4. Prepare Client Authorisation Form
  5. Prepare Notice of Death form
  6. Request consent from mortgagee (i.e. the bank) if applicable
  7. Complete Notice of Sale
  8. Transacting on your behalf on the PEXA settlement platform
  9. Lodge Notice of Death on the PEXA workspace
  10. Notify the relevant authorities of the change in ownership including Council and Strata Managers (if applicable)
  11. Provide you with a registration confirmation statement
  12. Storage of the original Certificate of Title in our safe custody facility


$660 incl GST plus disbursements of approx. $200

Deed of Family Arrangement

If all beneficiaries under a Will are adults, have full mental capacity and agree, a Will may be altered after the testator's death by a deed of family arrangement.
A deed of family arrangement is a document that outlines an agreement between parties with an interest in an inheritance. It is used where all parties agree that they would like to alter the terms of the Will or where there is a dispute over the terms of a Will and the affected parties are able to reach a compromise without going to court.

Estate Administration

Our fixed fee Grant packages are not suitable for complex applications such as obtaining a grant of a lost Will, a grant of an informal Will or a limited or urgent grant. We will provide you with a tailored fixed fee proposal if these circumstances apply. 

If a renunciation is required because an executor is unable to act, and letters of administration with the Will annexed is required, our fixed fee will increase by $295 plus GST.
